Terms of Service

Qosmic provides software for ecommerce audits, analytics, recommendations, Opportunity planning, and related workflows. You may use Qosmic only if you are authorized to act for the store or business you connect.

Qosmic can help analyze a store and draft recommendations, but you are responsible for deciding what to publish, launch, or rely on. You are also responsible for your storefront, products, prices, policies, customer communications, legal compliance, and Shopify account.

If you install the Qosmic Shopify app, you authorize Qosmic to access the Shopify scopes presented during install. You can uninstall the app in Shopify admin. Some features may stop working after uninstalling or after revoking access.

Qosmic uses AI systems to help generate audits, recommendations, summaries, and plans. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before using them, especially before changing copy, pricing, themes, products, promotions, legal content, or analytics decisions.

Qosmic's current posture is human-in-the-loop: the product may recommend work, draft changes, or prepare plans, but merchants remain responsible for approval before irreversible store changes.

You agree not to use Qosmic to:

• Break the law or violate Shopify's platform terms.
• Access data or stores you are not authorized to access.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt Qosmic.
• Misrepresent AI output as guaranteed financial, legal, or professional advice.
• Collect or process shopper data in a way that violates your obligations.

Some Qosmic features may be free, in beta, or paid. If you start a paid plan through Shopify or another billing flow, the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout apply. You are responsible for taxes, store charges, and any third-party fees connected to your use.

Qosmic may change, pause, or discontinue features. Beta or preview functionality may be unstable, limited, or removed. We try to avoid disruptions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Ecommerce performance depends on many factors outside Qosmic's control. Qosmic does not guarantee revenue lift, conversion rate lift, search ranking improvement, advertising performance, or any other business outcome.

Qosmic and its software, design, prompts, models, workflows, and documentation are owned by Qosmic or its licensors. You retain rights to your store, brand, content, products, and data. You give Qosmic the limited permission needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for your account.

You may stop using Qosmic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to platform requirements.
